Explore Navratri: Learn about the Hindu Festival with Kulture Khazana
Navratri is a popular Indian festival that spans over nine nights. The festival honors the Divine Feminine. We'll read a story about the celebrations, customs and the fun dancing associated with the festival. Participants will have the chance to try on some Indian clothing and learn about the traditional clothing worn during the festival.
Kulture Khazana will be coming to Rochester twice this fall to present on aspects of Indian culture and holidays. Save the date for the Diwali program on Thursday, October 10th.
