Are you an aspiring business owner or already own a business? Join us the first Wednesday of each month to learn business basics to help you succeed! This program is in partnership with the Small Business Development Center and the US Small Business Administration.
Legal Considerations for Starting a Small Business
Jon Lazenby, Attorney, will present "Legal Considerations for Starting a Small Business." Those attending will learn about key basic legal issues that need to be addressed when starting a small business. Topics discussed will include choice of business entity, intellectual property, contracts, and more. The program is appropriate for both first-time entrepreneurs and those who have recently started a small business.
