Menopause Matters! In-Person

Join us for our first Got Health talk of the season!

Women have a lot to look forward to in the second half of their lives. Good health can help women stay independent and feel fulfilled as they age. Join us to learn more about what menopause is, how to have a healthy menopause and tips for managing symptoms like hot flashes, sleep issues, mood changes and weight gain. Our presenter is Mary Reisig, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, from UR Medicine Menopause and Women’s Health.

This Got Health talk is part of a monthly series sponsored by U of R's Center for Community Health & Prevention in partnership with the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County.
