A certified application counselor will be present to help individuals enroll in health insurance through the NY State of Health Marketplace. Please bring ID, previous year's tax return, and social security numbers and birth dates for all family members you will be enrolling. Even though open enrollment has ended, individuals can still apply for Child Health Plus, Medicaid, Essential Plan, or if they have had a qualifying life event within the past 60 days. This does not pertain to Medicare.
