Pattern Reading for Beginners

Pattern Reading for Beginners In-Person

Do you need help reading patterns for sewing? If so come to this class taught by SewGreen@Rochester.org. You will be taught what to do with your pattern pieces, how to read pattern markings and instructions, and how to adjust those pieces to fit you just right.

As part of the class, they will be happy to measure you to be sure you are working with correct data, and to explain how to measure if you are making garments for another person.
You are welcome to bring a pattern with you and they will bring patterns from their shop as well. This class is for adults and requires registration. Use this link to register: https://calendar.libraryweb.org/event/5812646

Please do not bring children to this program as they can be disruptive to other students.
