This discussion program in conjunction with the Foreign Policy Association focuses on U.S. foreign policy. This year's topics include: climate change, India and Pakistan, U.S. relations with the Northern Triangle, and China's involvement with Latin America. Participants will be notified when the briefing books ($26.00) will be available at the circulation desk for pick-up and purchase. No session on February 17; snow date will be March 30. Registration is limited with priority given to past participants.
