A Community Book Discussion on “White Fragility". In-Person
Join us for a community book discussion as we will dive into themes from Dr. Robin DiAngelo's best-selling book "White Fragility." Our goal is to understand how we can move past emotional barriers to become actively anti-racist, and to extend our cultural competence in a brave space with other community members who are engaged in having difficult conversations around issues of importance. This discussion will be led by Chili community members Tina Carney, Shawna Lusk, and Marvin Stepherson. The Chili Library has a limited number of print and ebook copies available. For those who wish to order the book, the full book title is: "White Fragility: Why it’s So Hard to Talk to White People about Racism."
