Meet the Moose … and an Amerks Player! In-Person
Stories, gear, and all things hockey! The Moose is coming to the Children’s Center of the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe County from 6:30-7:30pm on Monday, December 2, 2019, and he’s bringing a real, live Amerks hockey player! Together, they will read a story, demonstrate equipment, and sign autographs to celebrate the Reading Power Play, a joint program between the Amerks and participating Monroe County Libraries to promote reading. When kids in K – 12th grade read a hat trick of books (three) between November 11 – January 31, they can enter to win a Grand Prize of suite tickets for the Amerks game on February 16, 2020, the opportunity to drop the puck at the game and dinner in the President’s Lounge at the Blue Cross Arena!
