Got Health: "Holiday Stress!" In-Person

Holiday Stress: Too Tangled Up in Preparations to Enjoy the Season?

The practice of mindfulness can help you enjoy the holiday season. Join us for our next Got Health talk to learn what Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is all about, how it works on the body, and what effects it can have on your sense of well-being. Our presenter is Michael Krasner, MD, FACP, Professor of Clinical Medicine, University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Light snacks and a raffle drawing will be provided by the library's partners at the Center for Community Health & Prevention. No prior registration is needed, and everyone is welcome to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!
