In the news: Technology is everywhere, from the devices on our wrists and in our pockets to the facial recognition being used in Tokyo 2020 Olympic Summer Games.

@ the Library: Central offers Computer classes year-round, access to a 3D printer, real time help from the U.S. Patent Center through the Patent Virtual Assistance Program, and resources related to preserving history through technology in the Walter F. Becker Digital History Center. The new Technology Center is slated for completion spring of 2020.

Presenter: Brian DiNitto, Librarian at Central Library, earned a BS in telecommunications engineering from RIT and a M.A. in Computer Teacher Education K-12 from Nazareth, and runs computer classes at Central Library.
