Shake the Salt Habit In-Person
So what’s the big deal about sodium, anyway?
Find out how to shake the salt habit at our next nutrition class from the Cornell Cooperative Extension! Michelle Weiler, an Eat Smart Nutrition educator, will talk about how much salt we really need, foods that are high in sodium, tips on reducing sodium, and how to use herbs and spices to enhance food flavor.
This free nutrition class will take place in the Kate Gleason Auditorium from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Registration is requested to help us better prepare for the program, but is not required. For more information, call the Science Division at (585) 428-8110.
