Sustainable Resolutions In-Person
Realistically, 80% of New Year's resolutions are abandoned by February. Creating lasting behavior change takes a lot more than just setting goals or committing to resolutions. Unfortunately, we live in a society obsessed with instant gratification -- lose 20 lbs. in a month, take this medicine to erase your symptoms...etc. Transformation happens when we commit to getting uncomfortable, dedicating time to staying consistent even when it's not fun or we don't see a reward/results immediately. So, how do you actually create lasting change that sticks? In this workshop you will learn a few tips to get started. We will even create your own individualized plan of action for 2020. For ages 18 & up. Please register.
