Healthy Snacking

Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Katie Vaughn would love to share with you some of her favorite healthy snacks! She will discuss the importance of healthy snacks for blood sugar control, sneaking in important nutrients and helping with hunger and satiety levels. This seminar will include healthy recipes and a healthy snack demo. For ages 13 & up. Please register.
