Rush Readers’ Book Club CANCELLED
For May we’ll be reading Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. “This famous story plays with logic, giving it lasting popularity with adults as well as children. Its narrative course, structure, characters, and imagery have been enormously influential in both popular culture and literature.”
(Due to the library’s temporary closure, you’ll have to obtain a copy as a free digital download from Overdrive under the Duke Classic collection or buy an inexpensive paperback copy from online booksellers.)
This will be a ZOOM Meeting Book Club! You must register from our Calendar of Events with your email address. On the day of book club we will email you the link to join the Zoom meeting. Space is limited, please register in advance for May 28th or June 4th from 7-9:00 PM. Choose the date that works for you. (You’ll have to make your own dessert this time!)
