Rush Readers’ Book Club via ZOOM In-Person
Rush Readers’ Book Club via ZOOM: For September we are reading Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood by Trevor Noah. “Trevor illuminates his curious world with an incisive wit and unflinching honesty. His stories weave together to form a moving and searingly funny portrait of a boy making his way through a damaged world in a dangerous time, armed only with a keen sense of humor and a mother’s unconventional, unconditional love. Copies of the book will be available to check out at the library in August. Join us Thursday, September 24th at 7:00 PM. When you register in advance with your email address you will receive a link to the Zoom meeting on the day of the event.
