Business First Wednesday - Advanced Technology Funding In-Person
Business First Wednesdays are for aspiring or current business owners and is brought to you by the Business Insight Center of the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe County and the SUNY Brockport Small Business Development Center. Jack McGowan, Project Manager with Insyte (Buffalo), Mike Riedlinger, Managing Director, Technology Commercialization at Next corps (Rochester), Greg Lindberg, Economic Development Specialist, from the Buffalo SBA office along with Virginia Smith, Branch Manager in Rochester, and Drake Thomas, Technology Business Advisor from the SUNY Brockport SBDC are going to cover R&D and commercialization; grants, venture capital, incentive programs, and technical assistance designed for small businesses and researchers to complete projects.
This program is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the US Small Business Administration. Services are extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
