Simple Steps to Manage Stress During the Pandemic

Learn simple eating and lifestyle strategies to help reduce stress—from the pandemic, the holidays, or everyday stressors—in order to avoid weight gain, improve your mood, increase your energy, and prevent long-term disease. We will end with a group relaxation exercise. Presented by Certified Holistic Health Coach Susan Sagan Levitan, who serves on the Health and Wellness Council for the Pittsford Central School District. A Zoom link will be sent the day of the program. Registration required.
