Meet a Monster … and an Author … and an Illustrator Online
Some books were written to be sung and danced to! Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to ZOOM with Dave Preston, the man who wrote The Monster in my Basement and Heather Harris who drew the pictures. Meet up with them on Monday February 15, 2021 at 11:30 am and be ready to listen to the song/book and move around. Find out what gave Dave the idea for writing the book and how Heather came up with what the monsters should look like. This free program, entitled Meet a Monster, is aimed at families with preschoolers and kids up to age eight.
