Join SNAP-Ed nutritionist Jessica Kouzan, of the Cornell Cooperative Extension, for a free 4-week online nutrition class! Learn about various topics, including:
• Eating healthy on a budget
• How to read a food label
• How much of each food group we need daily
• How much sugar/fat/salt is too much
• Fruits and vegetables
