Stop Fake News: Responsible Sharing on Social Media In-Person
In this workshop, participants will walk away with information and tools to be responsible social media citizens. You will learn about the social media landscape today, various types of misinformation and how to spot them, and most importantly, the tips and tricks of real life fact checkers. Miranda Stefano, librarian, technologist, and bibliophile, will show you how to do your part to stop the spread of misinformation online. We will meet online using Zoom. Please register.
