Luticha Doucette with moderator/ITM curator Amanda Chestnut focuses on disabled persons, the in-between and unseen, and how they are often left out of major equity initiatives. Luticha is owner of Catalyst Consulting which helps organizations examine equity across race, gender identity, and disability in policies, practices, procedures, and relationships. This program is co-sponsored by Pittsford Community Library and Penfield Public Library.
