Have you always wanted to know more about EquiCenter and what happens at 3247 Rush Mendon Rd?  If so, you won't want to miss this opportunity to visit the farm and rotate through special activities designed especially for preschool and elementary school-age kids.  

Activities to include:

Live Ferrier Demonstration by Mary Kay DeFranco; 

What Is It Cans Reach in and identify horse-related objects without looking; 

What's Your Spirit Horse Discover which EquiCenter horse you are most like; 

Horse Facts 101 Learn all about Horses through show and tell; 

A Day in the Life Horse Relay Race Participants work with a group to simulate horse care chores, pushing a wheelbarrow, carrying a bucket of water, dumping grain, etc.   

Get to Know the Wild Mustangs Learn about how they come into captivity and their journey to trust; and 

Vaulting Barrel Moves  Groups love to try some of these gymnastic-like moves on a safe barrel.  Can you balance on your knees or even stand up?
