Back to Basics: Simple Strategies for Cooking with Herbs and Spices

Herbs have been abundant since the beginning of time. They have been used as medicine and as ways to enhance the flavor our foods. This workshop will provide an overview of ten healing herbs and spices every cook should know. We will uncover the historical uses and healing benefits of each, as well as simple strategies for incorporating herbs and spices into everyday food preparation.

Join us online for a Zoom Class about Herbs taught by Cindy DeCarolis, Certified Health Coach. Cindy studied at Trinity School of Natural Health, and she is a Certified Natural Health Professional through the Association of Natural Health Professionals. Cindy is a yoga teacher, the founder and owner of Blissful Balance, Inc. and a doTerra Essential Oils Wellness Advocate. Cindy is passionate about educating people and helping them to live life healthier.
