Give Yourself the Gift of Self Care This Season

Give Yourself the Gift of Self Care This Season

Feeling stressed out?  Starting to think about gifts for the people you love?  Have you remembered yourself? At this time of year it is all too easy to put yourself and your needs on the back burner.  Self-Care is the gift that keeps on giving and one that benefits not only you, but everyone you interact with.

In this session, Barb Klein, from Inspired Possibility, will lead you into a deeper look at self-care and guide you to begin developing a new relationship of care with yourself.  You will see what’s getting in the way of self-care and identify some practices or strategies you can begin trying out right away. You will leave with some simple next steps and a commitment to honor yourself, moment by moment.

Barb Klein is a life coach, family recovery coach, retreat leader, meditation instructor, and author of 111 Invitations: Step into the Full Richness of Life. She is the founder of Inspired Possibility and is committed to helping women come home to themselves through mindfulness, self-awareness, and intentional living.

Registration for this workshop is required in order to receive the invite to the Zoom session.
