Feeling stressed? You are not alone! Today, people are feeling more stress than ever. The past couple years have been difficult in many ways, largely due to factors outside of our control. 

Stress is not always a bad thing. In situations where you are in danger that boost of adrenaline can save you. When you have a looming deadline, or you are participating in a competitive athletic event stress can help your performance. 

It is the chronic stress we have come to live with in today’s world that is harmful. Your ability to manage that stress is critical to your overall health and well-being  

This 60-minute workshop will focus on simple strategies and real tools to manage stress.

Taught by Cindy DeCarolis, Certified Health Coach. Cindy studied at Trinity School of Natural Health, and she is a Certified Natural Health Professional through the Association of Natural Health Professionals. Cindy is a yoga teacher, the founder and owner of Blissful Balance, Inc. and a doTerra Essential Oils Wellness Advocate. Cindy is passionate about educating people and helping them to heal naturally.
