Blackstorytelling League (in-person) In-Person
Black Storytelling League (in-person) -
Saturday, February 5 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM
For All Ages
*Registration opens Saturday, January 22*
Norm Strothers and Eunice White of the Blackstorytelling League of Rochester will present stories on Take Your Child to the Library Day that showcase African American history and highlight the contributions of African Americans, especially young people. Our stories engage and entertain the audience as we explore the meaning of February as Black History Month and ways that African American history is American history. Our stories are intended for all ages, with a focus on elementary school children.
