YouTube Video Premiere: "The Strange Disappearance of Captain William Morgan" Online
In 1828, William Morgan, from Batavia, New York, was taken from a Canandaigua, New York, jailhouse and never was heard from again. The belief at the time was that Morgan had been kidnapped by a group of Freemasons, taken to Fort Niagara near Buffalo, and drowned to prevent him from publishing a book that would reveal the inner secrets of the Masonic order. William Morgan's disappearance and presumed murder has remained one of history’s great conspiracy mystery’s until now.
