Healthy Living Series In-Person

Presented by the Center for Community Health & Prevention, University of Rochester Medical Center, in conjunction with the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County.

Did you know that a healthy diet and physical activity can reduce your risk of getting certain cancers and other chornic diseases? Join our free Healthy Living Class to find out how!

Topics discussed will include general nutrition, portion sizes, and processed foods.

Learn fun exercises you can do at home!


Classes will take place in the Kate Gleason Auditorium*, Bausch & Lomb Library Building, 1st Floor, 1:00 - 2:30 pm. Class size is limited. Registration is encouraged, as seating is limited. To register, please call Sparkle Wells at (585) 259-5000 or email phpc@urmc.rochester.edu.

 

*The Class on Thursday, June 23, will likely be held in the Kusler-Cox Auditorium, Rundel Building, 3rd Floor.
