Strawberry Jammin' In-Person
Learn to make jam at home! Join Michele Conners, Master Food Preserver with Cornell Cooperative Extension, for a demonstration and tasting of strawberry jam preserves. In this lively and informative class, she will answer all of your questions and give you the confidence to make your own jam. You’ll have the opportunity to purchase 8 oz Ball canning jars at $6 for a case of 12 and Sure-Jell pectin at $3 a box. This program takes place Monday, June 13, from 7:00-8:30 PM in the William Udicious Pavilion. Advance registration is required for this event.
