Yoga For All In-Person
This 8-week series will focus on foundational poses, quality of breath, and linking the two in a well-rounded and gentle practice. We will practice floor, standing and balancing poses with plenty of modifications for individual needs. This class is intended to be enjoyable and accessible for all levels.
