Reentry Resources for Justice-Involved Persons In-Person
Reentry Resources for Justice-Involved Persons
Do you have a family member or friend who is currently in jail or prison? Or are you experiencing the collateral consequences of a past incarceration?
If so, please join us for a discussion of resources that can help reduce some of the barriers faced by persons coming out of jail or prison.
You'll gain an understanding of available local pro bono legal resources, educational and training opportunities, and employer hiring incentives. Plus, we’ll discuss other key steps that one can take during and after incarceration to strengthen their successful return to the community.
Presented by the Central Library Extension/Outreach Department and the Sciences, History & Social Sciences Division.
Registration is encouraged but not required.
