Halloween Party! In-Person
Get Spooky at the Children’s Center for Halloween! Kick off the spooky festivities by getting your face painted at the Children’s Center with Just Clowning Around group The Pelcs! Take home your own balloon animal, and enjoy an early Halloween celebration by truck-or-treating around the Central Library. Enjoy some spooky stories after face painting at 2:30pm!
