Fun with paper In-Person
Every month we will be doing a craft that is created with paper and learning about the history and origins of the particular technique.
Linda Bowers will be coming to the Seymour Public Library to discuss Scherenschnitte paper cutting and teaching you how to use this technique to make a holiday card.
