                Eat Healthy, Be Active In-Person
We are partnering with Mendon Library for this event. Learn more about the importance of balancing exercise and food intake on Tuesday, Jan. 17 from 6:00-7:00 PM at the Mendon Public Library with Ally Miller, Nutrition Educator with Cornell Cooperative Extension. This lesson will deliver tips for incorporating a healthy diet and regular physical activity into your lifestyle, as well as cover which foods are going to provide enough energy to get you through the day. Please register in advance.
