 Collective. What began as a chance conversation around a fire pit led to 
 over a decade of creative leadership\, growth\, and lessons learned the 
 hard way.\n\nThis visual talk will explore the history of The Yards 
 Collective\, the realities of running an artist-led space\, and the 
 resilience it takes to build community through art. Expect a mix of 
 heartfelt storytelling\, behind-the-scenes insight\, and a candid Q&A
