DESCRIPTION:Get ready to for story time with guest reader\, Monroe County 
 Legislator Jackie Smith.  There will also be a hands on activity/craft\, 
 and an educational environmental activity!  This event is a collaboration 
 between New York State Parks\, the Hamlin Public Library\, and the Friends 
 of Hamlin Beach State Park. Program is geared towards families with 
 children ages 8 and under but all are welcome. Participants are welcome to 
 bring along their favorite stuffed teddy bear. \n\n**Parents and guardians 
 should accompany\, but please only register your children.\n\nThis program 
 will be at Hamlin Beach State Park: AREA 3\, SHELTER 3
