Cannabis-related businesses will be highly regulated. Join us to learn from experts and get support from other cannabis entrepreneurs so you can effectively and legally operate your business. This group is faciliated by NY HempLab and ROC NORML.
New York’s Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act includes a mandate that cannabis retailers enter into, maintain and adhere to a Labor Peace Agreement with a labor union in order to legally grow, distribute or sell cannabis products in New York. Learn more about this process with Michael Roche and Luke Wright, attorneys from Harter Secrest & Emery.
